Everyone knows that pain hurts, but stress kills. We are all bombarded by stress each and every day. Time stress, relationship stress, money stress, deadlines, etc. What most people don’t realize is that we live our lives through our nervous system, and when your nervous system is compromised it is less capable of dealing with and handling the next stressful episode. Accumulated nervous system stress causes disease and weakens us.
