Exercise Lowers Dementia Risk

This article makes another valid point on the importance of exercise. For the mind, body and soul, exercise has been proven to be the body’s natural “medicine,” curing lifestyle related diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, certain types of cancers and obesity. Now, studies show that the risk of Dementia can be lowered through regular exercise. This is particularly important for the baby boomer population (25% of the UnitedState’s population). As they continue to grow older, this information becomes more and more valuable. It’s never too late to start, so share this information with your patients, your friends and your family. Their life could depend on it!
