We all feel it, we all have it, and we all despise it – but somehow, someway, it manages to creep back into our lives … Stress! Wouldn’t it be great if we had a magic button that simply eliminated the stress we had in our lives? Whether it is financial stress, family stress, professional stress, social stress, or physical stress – stress is stress and harms us both physically and mentally. This article discusses ways to reduce the stress you have in your life, and how to improve your memory while you’re at it! We could all use a little (or a lot) of both of those things, can’t we?
